Megan Cheung

Megan is a dedicated Occupational Therapist who, above all else, emphasizes developing trusting relationships and creating a safe space for children to make functional gains and navigate the world more independently. She extends her compassion and desire for connection to families in the hopes of empowering caregivers in their child’s therapeutic journey.

In her free time, Megan enjoys running, playing board games, water coloring, and sharing recipes with her family… all while trying to improve her cooking skills.

With years of experience as camp counsellor, art program coordinator, and multi-sports coach, Megan readily found her passion in pediatric OT upon receiving her Master’s degree from McGill University in 2017. In a short time, Megan has gained valuable knowledge in areas of sensory integration, neurodevelopment, reflex integration, social skills, and relationship-based approaches to working with children of all abilities. Her many roles as OT in individual therapy, groups and mentor across clinics, daycares, schools and camps has diversified her caseload immensely. She works primarily with children between ages 3-15 years old with Autism, intellectual impairments, developmental delays, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
